A few words from coach Joe

Hey folks just wanted to drop a quick line to you all to discuss the
progress of our team. We have continued to improve in all aspects of
our game. The kids seem to be starting to buy into our systems and
executing them at a higher level than before. It's a tough hill to
climb sometimes, especially for teams that are not used to winning (difficulty learning how to win, playing with a lead etc.). We, the coaching staff, are sensing that the team is beginning to overcome this as they continue to learn to compete at a higher level. They are starting to believe that they are a good team and are playing with a great deal of confidence and urgency. We are both happy and proud of the strides this team has taken since August and hope that everyone will continue to drive, and work hard towards playing at this level and striving to get to the next level.

This is a "process" and a long season. As long as
we keep our focus on the main things, development, learning,
competing and having fun doing it, we should continue to see this upward climb.

As we enter the new year and then the home stretch to the
playdowns, we must get "geared up" while continuing to focus on our goals, both individual and team, and continue to climb those hills to get to the level we will need to be at for success in the Playdowns.

We as a coaching staff are really enjoying coaching this group
of kids and hope that you are all very satisfied with the team's
performance and development so far.

While we remain very proud of them, we will continue to push them along to higher levels and continued successes.

All the best, (coach Joe)
