Our first tournament championship!

After falling behind 2 to 0, the team battled back to edge out the Nepean Raiders in the championship game earlier today. Strong team defense and timely scoring lead Guelph to a closely fought 3 to 2 victory.

Guelph had a record of 2-1-1 in the round robin games, avenging their only loss by eliminating host Whitby in the semi-finals by a 4 to 0 score.

Congratulations to all! Well done!

We have been given official notice that the PeeWee Division for the Powerplay tournament will be cancelled.

Team jersey washing directions:
-the crimson dye will bleed into the white areas, making the white pink, unless you following the following directions to set the dye!

FYI - the crimson jersey may bleed into the white fabric - scotchguard the crest if u want to keep it nice - then when u do wash the jersey - separate load - cold water and 1 cup of white vinegar to set the crimson dye - should be fine to wash with other items later on - the vinegar will prevent the colours from bleeding into each other
